The staff was very helpful. the place was fairly clean. - the breakfast was very comprehensive with various options like omelets and delicate traditional Viennese dishes. - the service was very good. - the location was excellent. - Public parking was nearby.

Amazing location, lovely views to St Stephen's Cathedral and excellent co-operating staff. Decent sized and airy room with an iron with ironing board and a closet space. Good restaurant for lunch or dinner.

The location is the best for those, who travel without personal car. It is located in the center of Vienna and in the middle of its tourist center. Everything is reachable within 5-10 min walk: shopping center, metro station, restaurants, etc. However, if you travel with your own car, it is not the best place to go, as you will have serious problem to find a parking place for your car.

The location was fantastic, and the breakfast was rich. All the personnel was brilliantly friendly. - I booked a room with a very comfy bed, an iron with ironing board, and a closet space.

The location was very important because we were only going to spend 3 days in Vienna and being so central was essential. The breakfast is incredible, especially because we visited a lot of things and it helped us to recharge our batteries early and have some snacks at lunchtime and continue until the afternoon when everything closes. Although the price of breakfast is 17 euros per person and day Vienna is expensive so if you go anywhere for breakfast you have to take into account that it will not be very cheap.

Two things only, although for me very important because of back problems and that I think would make me not stay here again or at least see if a superior room (executive) would solve it:. 1) the double mattress was very soft and it sank too much and I woke up with back pain... 2) the curtains are not very thick like the typical hotel ones which are heavy and do not let the light through, and from dawn it starts to get light that I personally find very uncomfortable in spite of putting on a mask... I see comments in relation to the air conditioning but these days it has been cool even with rain so at night it was off and we slept well although when it is on it makes quite a lot of noise everything is said... The truth is that the hotel is great, is central, etc. but not having a good mattress with a good lunch for me is the most important thing when you arrive at night after having walked an average of 15-20 km tourist and want to rest 7-8 hours.

The classic room was airy and recently refurbished, with Wi-Fi and coffee. The hotel was located in the centre of the city.

The location was amazing and the staff were extremely friendly. The breakfast was marvelous, and the espresso machine was a great bonus. The lounge bar was a plus.

It is very near to stephenplaze

It is a very near to Stephen place and the hotel is very comfortable especially if you have a children. I stayed with my children in a business twin room which gives me a private place. Next time I will stay in the same hotel.

Excellent location in Vienna, very close to central subway station, many attractions, and the main shopping center of Vienna. Comprehensive breakfast with exceptional views of St Stephen's Cathedral. - Convenient to Kaerntnerstrasse. - Wi-Fi, coffee, and a TV set available in the classic room.

A good hotel in walking distance from most of the city’s attractions.

Building works next door with noise and dust was a nuisance and caused considerable inconvenience. I am of the opinion that you owed to inform your customers about that in your website. I would have chosen another hotel in the area, if I knew that.

The location is perfect, walking distance to anywhere in Vienna.
